Hoch Construction was founded with the vision of building superior residential properties based on customer service, sustainability, quality of construction, value and price. Manager and Founder, Nick Hoch, has over 17 years of experience in new construction and construction project management, and has built hundreds of homes in the greater Austin and Houston metro areas.
Nick mastered his trade in the new home construction industry working for a major builder with a large presence and stellar reputation in the Texas market. He quickly became a rising star, often achieving top performance awards and serving as a valuable component in the elite management team. His experience is vast and inclusive, which ensures that Hoch Construction operates on the leading edge in Customer Service, Product Delivery, Project Development, Home Buyer Experience, New Product Development, Business Administration and Management.
Hoch Construction offers a diversified portfolio of new home product to satisfy the ever-changing demand in today's fast paced market. We challenge ourselves daily to discover the specific wants and needs of our clientele of today in effort to remain on the forefront of innovation and design. We offer Luxury Townhomes and Condominiums in one corner of the market, where we work closely with developers and financial partners to produce high-quality Multi-Family Residences serving local demand for more affordable new housing or urban infill. In the other corner of the market, we build superior quality Custom Homes for the home buyer looking for a purely custom or "one off" type product.
Hoch Construction and Exclusive Builders work with a great team of experienced architects and engineers, Austin-based lenders and title companies, development groups, elite design centers, and numerous quality craftsmen and suppliers. We understand that each project is a unique experience, and we have the resources to deliver specific product tailored to fit the needs of each individual client. Our clients have the ability to work from a blank canvas as we facilitate new product development interpreted though our architectural team. We also have access to a volume of floor plans from which our clients can select from and modify through a number of local architecture partners.
